We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns or exchange.
We ensure that pickup is arranged at the earliest and we ship the replacement as soon as we receive the item from our courier partner.
In the rare scenario where a pickup cannot be done in certain areas, you can ship the product through any other courier. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges in your wallet against the original receipt.
ABYS will not be held accountable in case a product is lost or damaged in transit because of unprotected packaging when being returned.

ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR A RETURN/ REPLACEMENT: -
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. Refunds or Replacement will not be issued for products that show signs of use.
- Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box, bill and any other material that came along with the product.
RETURN/REPLCEMENT TIME FRAME:-
ABYS 48 hrs returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a return or exchange request within 48hrs of receipt of the product. Any request received post 48 hours will not be accepted.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:-
Everything we offer is chosen to live up to high standards. All products are fully guaranteed against defect or faulty workmanship. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers delight in the most fair and reasonable manner; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.
All the Orders are quality checked before dispatch. In case, still you receive any defective product, please let us know at [email protected] . We will arrange for the reverse pick up. Once we receive the defective article, we will send you a fresh piece. If in case a replacement is not available we will arrange a full refund.
Note: All acceptable returns are refunded once the Products arrive in our warehouse after having been checked. If the return is due to the case of defects, there is a complete refund that is credited back to your account.
RETURN:-
Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the required amount into your bank account within 3 to 4 days and send you an email confirmation. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account.
But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return
REPLACEMENT:-
If you choose to exchange the product for reason of mismatch of size , color or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Custom-made products like personalization on product are considered as final sale and are processed only as prepaid orders with additional customization charges applicable. Personalized and Customized articles are not eligible for Refund or Exchange.
- Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale, Deal of the Week Page and Any Other Offer can only be exchanged with the Available Size & Product in the same Sale. Refund will not be applicable
REPEATED RETURNS
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
RETURN ARRIVAL AT WAREHOUSE :-
ABYS reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure product quality before issuing a credit. This procedure may take up to 48 hours. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify approval or rejection of your refund.
If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the set timeline.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
